When you first step in the door, we make you feel right at home. During your initial visit, we'll discuss your overall hair care objectives, hair care past and what's the best plan for your hair care future.

Before services begin, we examine the condition of your hair and scalp to ascertain if there is damage. Although some salons feel that hair health is unimportant, we strive to optimize your hair's condition. If damaged, we will discuss possible treatments.

Our next step is Shampooing and Conditioning or Treatment if necessary. Special care is taken to insure that your hair is both hygienically clean and properly prepared for dreadlocks formation.

Now here comes the best part...starting your dreadlocks/locks. We begin forming your locks based upon the agreed upon method and size. For start-up locks, we would either two-strand twist, back-comb or comb-coil depending on length, thickness and texture of your natural hair.

As your locks take shape, together we discuss in-between maintenance concerns and any additional questions you may have regarding the process. We want our clients to leave knowing they've received the best service possible and to arm them with the tools to keep their locks salon perfect in between visits.
